All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes between 7 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on your location and carrier performance. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, customs clearance, or postal service issues.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes.
